 Alias hydrosulfite, sodium hydrosulfite, sodium sulfite times 
 Characters white to off-white crystalline powder, odorless or slight odor of sulfur dioxide specific. A strong reduction, very unstable, easily oxidized and decomposed in wet or exposed in the air will become invalid and may burn. Decomposition of the more heated to 190 ℃ when the explosion occurred. When production of sugar more than once in the solution by adding glucose, the dosage is usually controlled at 0.28% ~ 0.3g/kg. Finished SO2 residues period not exceeding 0.01 ~ 0.015g/kg.
