 Colorless to white needle-like or columnar orthorhombic crystal or crystal powder. Odorless, has a refreshing sweetness. Sweetness of sucrose is about 57% to 72%. 8.37J heat generated per g, about half glucose. Containing a small amount of sorbitol. Uses: low-calorie sweeteners, chewing gum and candy anti-adhesive, nutritional supplements, organization conditioner, moisturizing agents, fillers.
