Casein 
 Is a case of sour milk produced after a protein polymer. Casein protein in milk accounts for about 80% of the total, about 3% of its quality is the main component of cheese. Dry casein is an odorless, white or pale yellow amorphous powder. Casein soluble in water, soluble in alkali and acid solution. The use of casein: Casein has a wide range of uses, can be used as food additives, casein glue, watercolor, paper, textiles and leather. And its derivatives with formaldehyde, can be used in plastic products, such as: buttons, and other smaller volume of plastic products.
